Three Months of Coordination

More than just “Day Of"! We will provide you with the support of a professional planner three months before your wedding and day-of coordination for your wedding. This option is perfect for couples that have already planned their perfect day but need some assistance ensuring the day runs smoothly!

-Initial meeting prior to event date to confirm vendors and contracts, responsibilities and expectations
-Unlimited email communication
-Vendor introduction and confirmation the week of and the day-of event
-Custom wedding weekend timeline creation and distribution to vendors
-Coordinate with all vendors and venue coordinator day-of event
-Direct ceremony from beginning to end, including ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
-Gathering, set up, and tear down of couples’ personal items
Partial Planning and Design

Need help turning your dream day into a reality? We can help! This option is ideal for couples who might already have a venue or a few vendors booked but really need help with some important planning and decision-making moving forward. We will provide you with the support to nail down design details, hire remaining vendors, and provide day-of coordination for your wedding.

-Initial meeting to understand current status of planning, help understand your style and vision, brainstorm new ideas, and assess further needs in order to bring your overall vision to life
-Multiple sessions to construct details
-Assist with floor plan development and assigned seating chart design
-Offer preferred list of vendors
-Unlimited email communication beginning 4 weeks prior to event
-Vendor introduction and confirmation the week of and the day-of event
-Custom wedding weekend timeline creation and distribution to vendors
-Coordinate with all vendors and venue coordinator day-of event
-Direct ceremony from beginning to end, including ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding

This option is ideal for couples who are starting from scratch and looking for professional assistance from the very beginning until the very end! We will help you design, plan, and execute everything from the small details to the big wow moments! We think outside the box and create experiences for our clients and their guests that are unique and leave everlasting memories.
